Refund policy

We want you to love every BUBS & SPROUTS purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bubsandsprouts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.

Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
