- Yes! We offer a hassle-free 30-day return or exchange for unworn items in original packaging. Your baby's comfort and your peace of mind are our priority.
- We take great care in packaging your order with love and thoughtfulness. All our packaging will be wrapped in soft tissue paper and paced in eco-friendly gift box that is reusable or recyclable that is perfect for gifting or personal use.
- No, all orders placed will be free of any invoices or price tags. The invoice will be mailed to the email address provided by the purchaser.

- Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days of your order and payment.
- It will take another 1-3 days for our courier to deliver it to your doorstep. *Delivery times may be extended during certain peak holiday seasons (eg. Christmas etc).

- Currently, we do not offer self-collection. However, we work with trusted local couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.

- Yes, we offer free shipping on orders $60 and above. For orders less than $60, a flat fee shipping & handling charge of $5.00 is applicable.
- If your package has not been received more than 7 working days after our estimated delivery times, please get in touch with us with your order number and we will help you check on the package status.
Returns & Exchange
- If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@bubsandsprouts.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation.
- A replacement will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods.

- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or blankets, swimwear, bath towels & bath robes unless faulty.
