How do I wash clothes for babies with sensitive skin?
Machines wash and use a gentle, fragrance-free detergent and wash in cold or lukewarm water on a delicate cycle. Avoid bleach, softeners, and harsh chemicals. Bamboo is naturally durable but treating it gently helps maintain softness and longevity.
Will bamboo fabric shrink or lose softness?
With proper care, bamboo fabric stays soft wash after wash. Avoid using hard detergents and high-heat drying to preserve it luxurious feel.

How do I choose the right size for my baby?
Our baby clothes are true to size with a bit of stretch for growing little ones. Bamboo fabric is stretchy, so if you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing up for longer wear.
Can I return or exchange if it doesn’t fit?
Yes! We offer a hassle-free 14-day return or exchange for unworn items in original packaging. Your baby's comfort and your peace of mind are our priority.
How will my purchases by packaged?
We take great care in packaging your order with love and thoughtfulness. All our packaging will be wrapped in soft tissue paper and paced in eco-friendly gift box that is reusable or recyclable that is perfect for gifting or personal use.
Will my order include any invoices or price tags?
No, all orders placed will be free of any invoices or price tags. The invoice will be mailed to the email address provided by the purchaser.
Orders & Shipping
When can I expect to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 3-5 days of your order and payment. It will take another 1-3 days for our courier to deliver it to your doorstep. *Delivery times may be extended during certain peak holiday seasons (eg. Christmas etc).
I am ordering as a gift. Do you provide gift wrapping service?
All orders comes beautifully packed in our signature gift box that is perfect for gifting. You may also add a gift message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your order. No pricing information is included in gift orders. Our packaging is designed to be both elegant and practical, so there’s no need for additional wrapping!
Do you provide international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer any international shipping but we are working very hard to make our products available to our friends internationally!
Can I self-collect my order?
Currently, we do not offer self-collection. However, we work with trusted local couriers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
What are the payment modes?
We currently accept Paynow, Apple pay, Visa/Mastercard credit and debit card payments.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders $60 and above. For orders less than $60, a flat fee shipping & handling charge of $5.00 is applicable.
How do I track my package delivery status?
If your package has not been received more than 7 working days after our estimated delivery times, please get in touch with us with your order number and we will help you check on the package status.
Returns & Exchange
What if my items are damaged?
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us at sales@bubsandsprouts.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation. A replacement will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned goods.
What if my items are incorrect?
Please email us at sales@bubsandsprouts.com with your order information. We will respond to you as soon as possible. However, please expect delays during peak, launch, holiday or sale periods.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on underwear or blankets, swimwear, bath towels & bath robes unless faulty.
How do I request for a refund?
