To be eligible for an exchange or return

• Request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Item(s) must be:

1. Unused, unwashed, and unaltered
   In original packaging with all tags attached
   Free of stains, odors, or pet hair
2. A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Blankets, Swimwear, Bath Towels & Bath Robes
• Gift Cards
• Items marked Final Sale or purchased during clearance promotions

We’re happy to offer one-time exchanges for:

• A different size
• A different design (of equal value)

• Email us at sales@bubsandsprouts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  Provide your order / invoice number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement.
• Once approved, ship the item(s) to us using a trackable method.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. [Singapore Only] Cost of courier for returns to be borne by customer (SGD 5) and Bubs & Sprouts Team will arrange for pick-up of the item(s) to be returned
  
• Once received and inspected, we’ll send your replacement within 5–7 business days.
• Exchange / Returns that do not fulfil all our conditions upon our final checks will be duly rejected and a fee for re-delivery of rejected item(s) will be required.

• All returns will be strictly refunded via store credits (unless the item is faulty or incorrect). that can be utilized for future purchases on our website only.
• All returned store credits are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue and extension is strictly prohibited.

We appologise if you’ve received a defective or incorrect item but please note that the following conditions are NOT considered as defective;

• Slight color difference due to different screen resolution across different devices.
• 1-2 cm variance in measurement stated on product image (due to hand measurement).
• Misalignment of seams or loose threads.
• Variance in placement of prints (for repeated print designs)
